Next a representative from that surgeon’s office will contact you via email, text or phone call to schedule a Video Consultation. If you are ready to move forward, the office will schedule your surgery. After your treatment, you’ll remain in the city for a recovery period as advised by your doctor.

All medical clinics will accept major credit cards and bank transfers or you can choose to finance your surgery through one of our partners. It’s best to confirm the payment options with your surgeon during the video consultation.

Citizens from the U.S., Canada and most European nations do not need a visa for stays of up to 180 days. You will only need to present your valid passport upon arrival at the airport and receive a tourist visa that is valid throughout your stay.

Your surgeon will provide a detailed plan for your pre-op and post-op care that includes a plan for recovery in Mexico City and once you return home.

Spanish is the primary language spoken, but all medical professionals and staff also speak English fluently. Spanish language apps like Google Translate and SayHi are great to have as a backup just in case you need to speak to someone that doesn’t speak English.
