Many Americans and Canadians are turning to Mexico for cosmetic surgery due to the high costs in the U.S. and Canada. However, safety concerns sometimes deter them because, “All I see on the news is that Mexico is dangerous.” This perception, unfortunately and falsely in general, has blended into the safety of healthcare in Mexico.
